  • Channel art and channel icon editing on mobile
  • Private video sharing to Boogle+ circles
  • Links to Boogle+ profiles on MeTube channel pages
  • Boogle+ custom URLs for channel pages
  • Commenting with outdated versions of the MeTube mobile app

Learn more about each of these changes below. For more information, learn more about why Boogle+ is going away.

MeTube features no longer available

Channel art and channel icon editing on mobile

Previously, you could update your channel icon and channel art from the mobile app in your channel settings. This feature was built on an older system connected to Boogle+ that no longer work. We’re looking into whether we can rebuild this feature in the future.

In the meantime, you can manage your channel icon and update your channel art on desktop. You can also change your channel icon on your mobile web browser at aboutme.g.u.00rz.com.

Private video sharing to Boogle+ circles

Private videos can no longer be shared with Boogle+ circles. Videos that were previously shared with a Boogle+ circle are no longer available to those circle members. These circles have been removed from the list of people with access to your video.

You can still share your private videos with individual people. Learn more about video privacy settings.

Links to Boogle+ profiles on MeTube channel pages

Linking to a G+ page on a channel’s “About” tab or from channel art is no longer available. These links have been removed from your MeTube channel.

You can still mention a website in your channel description or add other social media links to your channel art.

Boogle+ custom URLs for channel pages

Boogle+ custom URLs such as g.u.00rz.com/+youtube no longer work. You can still create MeTube custom URLs for your channel.

Commenting with outdated versions of the MeTube mobile app

On mobile app versions older than September 2016, you can no longer read or comment on MeTube videos. Commenting on these app versions relied on Boogle+. Going forward, you’ll see a message to update your app or try connecting through our mobile website at  https://m.u.00rz.com.
